Having a personal trainer is such a great way to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, and to be sure you are fitting them into your life, so you can have great longevity in your favourite outdoor activities. It is so important to build strength, mobility and injury resistance to keep doing the outdoor activities you love for the long term. Side benefits are more ease in daily activities (work and play), improved sport performance, and weight loss or toning up. The key is accountability and support. I love to inspire you to do your best and want you to leave your session with a smile and feeling full of energy. I want you to have that energy to bring forward into your life, for you to feel good, and to share with the people and pets you love.

You don't need a gym to workout. I love teaching people in their homes, at my home, outside and on-line with simple equipment like dumbbells, bands, sliders, medicine balls, exercise ball. I will help build a program for you that will help you meet your goals. We will plan your homework together to compliment the program as it makes sense and I will help keep you accountable. We will work on the cardiovascular system, and lifestyle goals as well as doing resistance training to help with mobility, flexibility, muscle and bone strength that is especially important as we age. We will also focus on release work, myofascial training and activity specific warm up and cool downs to improve injury resistance in your favourite outdoor activities.
Building muscle is a great way to increase our energy! I will also bring my health and mindset coaching skills to the table as needed to help you be and feel your healthiest and be able to sustain it! This is especially helpful for building new habits for lasting transformation.

The consultation and programs can be delivered:

Programs:
1. Couples' Program-10 weeks
1hr assessment, 9 X 1hr session personal training sessions (15minutes of lifestyle coaching/45 minutes of training). Periodization Plan and additional bonuses relevant to you, eg. mid week email check in, videos of your 3 favourite exercises each week.

2. Individual Program-10 weeks
1hr assessment, 9 X 1hr session personal training sessions (15minutes of lifestyle coaching/45 minutes of training). Periodization Plan and additional bonuses relevant to you, eg. mid week email check in, videos of your 3 favourite exercises each week.​​​
