You love being outdoors — whether it’s hiking, running, biking, paddling, dog sports, and simply feeling strong and mobile in your daily life. But staying active and injury-resistant takes more than willpower. It takes the right blend of movement, mindset, and support, to fit it into your busy life and keep it there over time.
At Buncho Momentum, I help women rebuild strength, improve mobility, injury resistance, and stay active for the long term. Through personalized strength and mobility training exercises, and learning to implement mindset tools that work best for you, you’ll build a body and mind that support the outdoor longevity you desire — at any age.

Our Mission
Buncho Momentum is all about your journey to be feel great, move more and live fully so you can tune-up for the outdoor activities you love and keep doing them for the long term. This will look completely different for everyone. Coach Karen Koehler will meet you where you are on your journey, and help you pick your direction. There are two categories of services 1. Personal Training, 2. Health and Mindset Coaching.
1. Personal Training: Personal training involves being guided by your trainer Karen in resistance training (with weights, bands etc.) which is great for strengthening your body (muscles and bones), increasing mobility and flexibility for everyday activities to improve injury resistance. It is also helpful for sports performance goals or body composition goals such as weight loss and toning up. Karen will also help you with cardiovascular training goals, and healthy lifestyle goals. She will include her expertise in Health and Mindset Coaching to enhance your sessions along the way. These sessions can take place at your home, in a gym, or outside if you are in the Halibruton area, or on-line. Be your strongest and most energetic self for you and every person and animal in your life.
2. Health and Mindset Transformation Coaching: Are you a busy person who wants to feel healthier and have more time and energy for you and the things most important to you, but you have not figured out how to do it? The programs Karen provides give an excellent system, and the support and accountability needed to help people create and take doable steps to be and feel healthier, (more energetic, stronger & and moving with more ease). Your health is priceless! Without our health we don't have much.The sessions can take place on zoom or in person if you live near Karen. Feel better, move more easily and live fully!

Health and Mindset Transformation Coaching

1. Thrive Strategies Session
2. Thrive Over 40 Strategies Session, for active women over 40.
During your free session, we will assess your biggest challenges and outline a mini-plan to help you fit more fitness, fun and fulfillment into your busy life. If it feels right to work further, I am committed to supporting you in creating a next chapter that includes a healthy sustainable life style that will allow you to re-energize now to live the active life you dream of (travel - easily getting and out of the car, touring, hiking, playing with grandchildren, adventures with friends and pets) and carry that energy into the future with greater physical and mental strength for the long fun!
In the free session we will determine if one of these programs is right for you. They provide an excellent system, support and accountability to help you incorporate more fitness, fun and fulfillment into you busy life.
